Who provides the toolkit
The Money Toolkit is provided by Afshin Zainy, operating as Finance with Afshin. For account questions, feedback or complaints, contact support@financewithafshin.co.uk.
Business address
Afshin Zainy trading as Finance with Afshin2/7 North Leith Mill

The public fact sheets are available without a membership. Member calculators require a signed-in account with active, verified access. The catalogue shows the tools and any access restrictions. A listing or planned feature is not a promise that it will be available by a particular date.
Education and illustrations
The toolkit provides general financial education and calculations based on the figures and assumptions you enter. It does not assess your full circumstances or recommend a particular investment, financial product, mortgage, pension transfer, tax treatment or legal course of action. It does not arrange products or move money for you.
Read each tool’s assumptions, limits and dates. Estimated returns are not guaranteed; investments can lose value. Tax rules, rates and eligibility can change. Mortgage and other illustrations can differ from providers’ calculations, charges and product terms. Check material figures and seek suitably qualified help where your decision needs it.
See how to use the tools and their assumptions. A calculator result is not a quote, approval or guarantee.
Your account
Use an email address you control and confirm it when requested. Keep login details private and tell support if you believe your account has been compromised. You need an internet connection and a reasonably current browser; account features and some calculator conveniences use JavaScript and necessary cookies.
Creating an account alone does not confirm Facebook subscriber eligibility or grant member access. If a verification check cannot match your account to the subscriber, we may ask you to clarify the link.
The application does not save calculator figures in your account. Keep any scenario or result you need yourself, and take care when using shared devices. Our privacy notice explains account and verification information.
Facebook subscriber access
Website toolkit access is included without an additional website charge for eligible, active Finance with Afshin Facebook subscribers once their subscription has been verified and matched to their account.
Afshin checks the current subscription and records approval for 30 days from that check. Access expires unless another check renews it. Contact support@financewithafshin.co.uk when you need help or a renewal; an account or email alone is not proof of an active subscription. Verification may take time and there is no guaranteed response or renewal time.
Facebook sets the price shown to you and handles subscription payments, cancellation and refund requests under its applicable terms. Check the offer on Facebook before subscribing. Closing your website account or contacting toolkit support does not itself cancel Facebook payments.
If access is refused, expires unexpectedly or is revoked, contact support to ask us to review the record and explain the position. We can correct an error after checking it.
Website membership — UK launch
The price is £1.79 per month, including applicable tax. This is a recurring monthly subscription, renewed automatically until cancelled, with no minimum commitment beyond the month purchased. The final price and billing details are shown by Stripe before you agree to pay. Creating a free account does not start a subscription. The £1.79 introductory offer has no fixed end date and is not a lifetime price promise. Any future price change will be explained before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel.
Membership provides personal access to the current member calculators across six categories, including the combined planners and available Excel downloads. It does not include one-to-one consultations or promise a release date for future tools.
For website purchases, payment is taken through Stripe Managed Payments, shown as Sold through Link or Onelink. Member access starts after successful payment is verified; returning from checkout alone does not prove payment. Stripe provides payment receipts and invoices. Its buyer and purchase terms also apply.
Already a verified Facebook subscriber? You do not need to buy a second website subscription. Use your included access. Facebook and website subscriptions have separate billing; buying or cancelling one does not automatically change the other.
Cancellation and refunds
Stop website renewals
Use My account → Manage website subscription, or the subscription-management link supplied by Stripe, to cancel future renewals. Ordinary cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period and does not itself refund a payment. If you cannot find the link, contact support@financewithafshin.co.uk for help. Signing out or closing a toolkit account does not cancel recurring payments.
UK cooling-off requests
For a UK consumer purchase through Sold through Onelink, Stripe’s current UK buyer terms provide 14 days from receiving access or delivery to cancel the order. Follow Stripe’s refund-request instructions and give “cooling off period” as the reason. Include your purchase email and order reference; never send a full card number. Contact toolkit support if you need help finding the order.
There is no additional unconditional money-back guarantee. This does not remove the cooling-off rights above, other rights under the payment provider’s terms, or statutory remedies if something is faulty, unavailable or not as described. Opening a calculator or downloading a workbook does not, by itself, waive those rights.
A cooling-off cancellation or refund may end the website access attached to that order; ordinary cancellation of future renewals keeps the remaining paid access. Independently verified Facebook access is checked separately.
Information to include in a cooling-off request
Tell Stripe/Onelink support: “I wish to cancel my Finance with Afshin Money Toolkit order during the cooling-off period.” Include the purchase email, order reference and date you received access. You can also email support@financewithafshin.co.uk for help finding your order. A signed form is not required to ask us for help; use Stripe’s linked refund process for the payment request.
Facebook payments
Cancel your Facebook subscription and request any Facebook-payment refund through Facebook’s subscription or payment settings. Stripe cannot refund a Facebook payment. We can help with toolkit-access problems through support@financewithafshin.co.uk.
Fair use and availability
Use the toolkit for lawful personal learning. Do not sell or share account access, try to obtain another person’s information, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or submit malicious content.
We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect accounts, investigate misuse, correct an eligibility issue or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact us.
Maintenance, faults or provider outages may interrupt availability. Tell support if something is wrong or you find a calculation error. Tools and explanations may be corrected or updated; check the current assumptions when revisiting an illustration.
Help, separate services and your rights
For a problem or complaint, email support@financewithafshin.co.uk with a short description. Do not include passwords or sensitive financial documents. We will look into the issue; no particular support response time is promised.
One-to-one educational consultations are separate from toolkit membership. The website currently accepts enquiries, not consultation bookings or payments. Scope, price and arrangements must be confirmed before you agree to a session.
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to the service or these terms do not override those rights.
